Do You Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Blog, etc? -- Understand Social Networking on the Web

Instructor: Douglas Mitchell, Adobe Certified Instructor

Learn the key aspects of the wildly popular phenomenon of social networking using the web. We will explore how these tools might be useful in clinical practice, education and your personal life while maintaining safety and security. Understand how these social tools are promoting and allowing the sharing of all kinds of unfiltered information not normally available on TV, radio, mass media or printed page. Social networks are quickly becoming an important method for your patients and colleagues to obtain and share information. This workshop will help you become more aware of and keep up with these rapid changes.
