KiddieCorp Children’s Program

KiddieCorp is pleased to provide a professional children’s program to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) families. KiddieCorp is in its 20th year of providing high quality services to conventions across the country. Fun-filled programs are available for infants and children ages 6 months to 17 years of age.

The KiddieCorp team are bonded, qualified child care specialists who are carefully selected and trained. KiddieCorp features custom-designed programs of educational, social and creative activities. Activities for each age group include souvenir arts and crafts projects, toys, games and entertainment.

Where and When?
The children’s program will be located at the Hilton Chicago (720 S. Michigan Ave.). The children’s program will be available October 14-17, 2006 (Saturday through Tuesday) with morning and afternoon shifts. You may sign up for additional hours (at $12.00 per hour, per child) that extend from a reserved shift into another scheduled shift. See the CHILDREN’S PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM for more details.

How Do I Register?
Please return the CHILDREN’S PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and CONSENT FORM and a check made payable to KiddieCorp by September 15, 2006 (see below for address). After that date, reservations will be handled on a space-available basis. Infant slots will be very limited. Since this program is self-supporting and based on parent fees alone, any shifts are subject to cancellation if a minimum of 12 children for each shift is not met. In the event of cancellation, all monies for cancelled shifts will be refunded immediately.

Cancellations must be made to KiddieCorp before September 15, 2006 for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.

For parents with infants, please bring diaper changing supplies, formula/baby food and a change of clothes. Please label all lunches and personal belongings. KiddieCorp provides snacks and beverages, but not meals. For approximately $15, inclusive kiddie meals can be ordered at the children’s program. KiddieCorp staff does not administer medication. To ensure a healthy and enjoyable environment for all, any child who is ill will not be admitted to the children’s program.
