The 2009 ASA Reverse CROSSWALK^® CD-ROM lists the CPT^® anesthesia codes and cross references all the applicable CPT^® procedure codes that may be associated with a particular anesthesia code.  Available only on CD-ROM, the disk contains data files in four formats: 1) COMMA-delimited ASCII format; 2) TAB delimited ASCII format; 3) Microsoft Excel format and; 4) PDF file.  These files may be used with any software program that allows the import of these file formats. The CD-ROM contains only data files. They are not programs or automated relative value coders. Check with your data processing professional to ensure compatibility with your software.
