This manual covers agreements among members of an anesthesiology group, including creation of groups, consolidation/merger of groups and resolution of disputes; employment agreements and compensation plans for anesthesiologists; and agreements between a group and outside entities such as ambulatory surgical centers, physician organizations and physician-hospital organizations, or vendors, including billing companies and software companies.  Sample documents are appended.
